Runner Terminal — Terms of Use
Read this before you use the Interface. By installing, opening or using any part of it you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
1 · What the Interface is — and is not
Runner Terminal is a routing program. It watches public on-chain activity, surfaces tokens that match rules you can see, and, when you ask it to, builds and submits swap transactions to decentralised exchanges on the Solana network and the Robinhood chain on your behalf. It also lets you set exit rules (a take-profit and a floor) that our servers watch and execute when the market reaches them.
The Interface is not:
- an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, bank, money transmitter or investment adviser;
- a counterparty to any trade — every swap settles on a public blockchain against a liquidity pool we do not control;
- a guarantee of anything: not that a token will be surfaced, not that a trade will fill, not at what price, not that an exit rule will fire in time, and not that you will make money.
Nothing in the Interface — no card, signal, form statistic, "cheese" level, leaderboard or notification — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It is data and automation. What you do with it is your decision and your responsibility.
2 · Your wallet, our authorisation
Your wallet is non-custodial. It is created and secured through Privy; its signing key is never held by us in a form we could use alone.
When you set up a rat (an account), you grant the Interface a session signer: a revocable authorisation to sign specific kinds of transactions for you — the buys you request, and the sells your own exit rules trigger. This is what lets a trade go out with one tap and an exit fire while your phone is in your pocket.
What that means, plainly:
- We execute on your instructions, under an authorisation you gave. We do not trade on our own initiative, and we do not move funds anywhere you did not point them.
- Your exit rules are watched and executed by our servers, not by the exchange. If our servers are down, degraded or slow, an exit may fire late or not at all. The Interface shows you the watcher's state; a stopped watcher means your rules are not being watched.
- You can revoke the session signer at any time from Settings, or withdraw everything and close your rat. Revoking stops every automated action immediately, including exits.
- You remain responsible for every transaction signed under that authorisation while it is active.
3 · Risk — read this part twice
Trading newly launched tokens on decentralised exchanges is among the riskiest things you can do with money.
- Total loss is normal. Many tokens the Interface surfaces go to zero within hours. Assume any amount you send can be lost in full.
- Liquidity can vanish. A pool's creator can withdraw it, a token can be unsellable, and a sell can execute at a price far below the one shown a second earlier.
- Slippage, fees and failed transactions are real costs. A transaction can fail on chain and still cost a network fee. Our fee is shown on the ticket before you send and taken on both legs.
- Automation fails. Network congestion, RPC outages, a stalled watcher, a stale price feed or a bug in the Interface can cause a buy to miss, an exit to miss, or a number on screen to be wrong. We show you what we can; we cannot promise it is right or on time.
- Bridging adds its own risk. Moving value between Solana and the Robinhood chain passes through third-party bridges with their own failure modes and delays.
- Nothing is reversible. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone by us or anyone.
Only send what you can afford to lose completely. If you do not understand how a decentralised exchange, a bonding curve or a liquidity pool works, do not use the Interface until you do.
4 · Who may use it
You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:
- you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher;
- you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (including those administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom), and you are not on any sanctions list;
- using the Interface, and trading the tokens it surfaces, is legal where you are. You are responsible for knowing this. We do not verify it; you attest to it by using the Interface;
- you are using it for yourself, not as a service to others.
We may block access from any region, address or device at any time, with or without notice, if we believe use would be unlawful or expose the Interface to risk.
5 · Fees
The Interface charges a fee on each buy and each sell, shown as a percentage on the ticket before you confirm and listed on the "How we make money" page. The fee is taken from the transaction itself. Network fees, exchange fees and bridge fees are separate and go to those networks and services, not to us. We may change our fee rates; a change applies to transactions after it is shown in the Interface, never to ones already sent.
6 · Seasons, leaderboards and rewards
The Interface may run seasons, leaderboards, votes, streaks and similar features. They are for fun and for signal, not promises. Rankings are computed from realized results on tokens surfaced by the Interface during the season window, by rules we publish in the app and may change between seasons. Any prize, pot or reward is discretionary unless its specific terms say otherwise, and may be withheld where we believe manipulation, multiple accounts or other abuse occurred.
7 · Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the Interface to launder funds, evade sanctions, or trade on behalf of a sanctioned person;
- attack, probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Interface or its servers;
- run more than one rat to game leaderboards, votes, referrals or rewards;
- attempt to manipulate a market, a token's price, a vote or a season;
- use the Interface to break any law that applies to you.
We may suspend or close a rat that does any of this, and may withhold season rewards connected to it. Your funds remain in your wallet; closing a rat never confiscates them, but you must withdraw before you can close.
8 · Availability and changes
The Interface is provided as-is and as-available. We may change it, pause it, remove features, retire tokens, change rules, or shut it down, at any time and without notice. We have no obligation to keep any feature running, to support any chain, or to maintain any level of uptime. We are a small team building in public; expect rough edges and read the release notes.
9 · No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Interface is provided without warranty of any kind — express, implied or statutory — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Data shown in the Interface (prices, market caps, holder counts, liquidity, form statistics, countdowns) comes from public chains and third-party feeds and may be wrong, delayed or missing.
10 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the people who build and run the Interface will not be liable to you for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data or opportunity, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from or connected to the Interface — including losses from trades that executed, trades that did not, exits that fired late or not at all, wrong numbers, outages, third-party services, bridges, exchanges, networks or your own wallet — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if told such losses were possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to the Interface in the thirty days before the event giving rise to the claim.
11 · Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: the security of your device and your Privy login; every transaction signed under your session signer; your own taxes on any gains; complying with the laws that apply to you; and checking that an address you withdraw to is correct — a withdrawal to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
12 · Third-party services
The Interface relies on services we do not control: Privy (authentication and wallet infrastructure), Google Firebase (push notifications), blockchain RPC providers, decentralised exchanges and liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges. Their terms and failures are theirs. We do not endorse any token the Interface surfaces, and surfacing is not a recommendation.
13 · Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version is always in the app under Settings and at the Interface's website. A material change will be shown in the app before you next trade. Continuing to use the Interface after a change means you accept it. If you do not, withdraw your funds and stop using the Interface.
14 · Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action, except that either side may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of the Interface. Before starting any formal process you agree to contact us through the in-app support channel and give us thirty days to resolve the issue.
15 · General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the fee page are the whole agreement about your use of the Interface. You may not transfer your rat or your rights under these Terms to anyone else.

Plain-language summary, not a substitute for the Terms above: we route your trades to decentralised exchanges and watch your exit rules, under an authorisation you can revoke. We hold no keys, give no advice, guarantee nothing, and you can lose everything you send. Use it only where it is legal for you, and only with money you can afford to lose.
